Raisin Cinnamon Sourdough
Naturally sweet raisins and a warm cinnamon and brown sugar are folded into our slow fermented dough, creating a soft, lightly spiced loaf perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Allergens: Wheat,
If not eating the whole loaf in 2-3 days, please take sliced loaf and place in a freezer container or bag for up to 3 months. Can wrap in cling wrap to prevent freezer burn.
Toaster:
FROZEN: Take the amount of slices you would like to reheat out of the container and place frozen slices into toaster on medium setting for two cycles or until crust is crispy.
THAWED: Place slice(s) in toaster on Medium for 1 cycle.
Oven:
FROZEN:Preheat oven to 350. Take frozen slices out of freezer and the container it is in. Place slices on a baking sheet, you can cover loosely with foil for the first 6-8 minutes to avoid over browning, then uncover and bake additionally for 6-8 minutes until hot and edges are crisp.
THAWED: Place slices on a baking sheet for 4-6 minutes, if slices are thicker bake for a total of 8-12 minutes.
TIP: Spray slices with water to revive crust texture.
Air Fryer:
Preheat to 350F
FROZEN: Place slice(s) in Air fryer for 3-6 minutes checking on slice(s) at the midway point.
THAWED: Place slices in Air Fryer for 2-4 minutes.
