Refund Policy

Bready or Not operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law. All products are made to order and prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Due to the nature of freshly baked goods, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If there is an issue with your order caused by a bakery error (such as receiving the incorrect item or a quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. with a photo and description. When appropriate, a replacement or store credit will be offered.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change in mind or personal taste preferences

Orders not picked up

Improper storage or handling after pickup.
